The Overlook has several committees to plan and coordinate various activities as well as help with the maintenance needs of the community. All committee chair positions are voluntary with a commitment of at least one year.

Decorating Committee

Landscape Committee

Organizing and participating in landscaping projects for the community including volunteer groups and paid contractors.
Maintenance & Repairs

Routine survey of all shared resources and mechanical systems, and the coordination of repair efforts through volunteer groups and paid contractors.
Safety Committee

Routine survey of neighborhood for safety issues and the coordination of repair or other corrective measures needed.
Social Committee
